At the recent Cumulus Conference in Paris, EQ-Arts and Cumulus signed a Memorandum of Understanding. This memorandum underpins the existing mutual drive to further collaborate and cooperate in supporting Art & Design institutions in the self-evaluation and enhancement of their internal quality systems.
